The Dyke’s End Beer Festival 2026 is nearly here, and we’ve got another cracking selection of beer, entertainment and food from 16th-20st September.
Once again the beer tent will feature some of our favourite East of England breweries that we’ve enjoyed over the last year, including Moon Gazer (Norfolk), Three Blind Mice (Cambs), Green Jack (Suffolk), Papworth (Cambs) and many more.
The beer tent opens Wednesday 16th September in the front garden (beer tokens available from the bar, for use all week) and everyone’s favourite burger van will be here, Steak & Honour (https://steakandhonour.co.uk/).
Thursday 17th is our usual Pie and a Pint Night which can be combined with any beer from the festival. Friday 18th we’ll be serving our famous beer-battered Fish and Chips (pre-order only) and will be entertained by the amazingly talented The Light Waves (https://www.thelightwaves.co.uk/), starting at 8pm. Imagine a two-piece band that can nail songs like David Bowie's Life On Mars, Queen's Killer Queen - a bold, versatile and talented acoustic act who can pull off classic tunes that other bands don't attempt. They played the beer festival in 2024 and went down a storm.
Saturday 19th we’ll be open as usual from 12pm, and will be joined by Papas Locas (https://www.papaslocas.co.uk/) - a favourite here at the Dyke's End and the only food van serving authentic Canadian poutine, the best fried chicken and flavours from around the world, serving all day from 12:30pm-7:30pm. We’re also delighted to welcome for the first time at the Dyke's End the wonderful Lexie Green (https://lexiegreen.com/). This country singer-songwriter's sound blends deep tradition with lived-in storytelling, and has featured on BBC Introducing. Lexie will be playing from 3pm, hopefully (weather dependent) outside in the beer garden.
We look forward to seeing you all there! Cheers.
