This year the Dyke’s End received its Cask Marque Accreditation, which included a Cellar Hygiene Rating of 5 out of 5 - a great achievement that we are all proud of. Formed in 1998 (by breweries Adnams, Greene King, Marston’s and Morlands) Cask Marque was set up to address the void in beer quality control, resulting in a major concern for the industry.
