The Dyke’s End Beer Festival 2025 is nearly here, and we’ve got another cracking selection of beer, entertainment and food from 19th-21st September.
Once again the beer tent will feature some of our favourite East of England breweries that we’ve enjoyed over the last year, including returning favourites such as Moon Gazer (Norfolk), Green Jack (Suffolk) and Moonshine (Cambs). And watch out for breweries that are new to the pub such Mighty Oak (Essex), Mr Winter’s (Norfolk) and Shortts Farm (Suffolk).
The beer tent opens Wednesday 17th September in the front garden (beer tokens available from the bar, for use all week) and we have everyone’s favourite burger van, Steak & Honour (https://steakandhonour.co.uk/), here to feed us. These guys always go down a storm and we think they’ll be the perfect accompaniment to our delicious real ales.
Thursday is our usual Pie and a Pint Night which can be combined with any beer from the festival.
Friday is the first official day of the festival and we’ll be serving our famous beer-battered Fish and Chips (pre-order only) and will be entertained by the amazingly talented Charlie and Rehanna Live Music Duo (https://www.candrmusic.co.uk/), starting at 8pm. It’s their first time at the Dyke’s End and they come with a great reputation, and will no doubt get us all singing with their mix of popular crowd-pleasers until late.
Saturday we’ll be open as usual from 12pm, and will be joined by LOL’s Pizza (https://www.lolspizza.co.uk/) that specialise in fresh, hand stretched Neapolitan style pizza, serving all day from 12:30pm-7:30pm. We’re also delighted to say that the wonderful fiddle-playing duo Kelly and Woolley (https://www.kellyandwoolley.co.uk/) will be back for their second Dyke’s End beer festival. Their Folk, Americana, Country and Cajun music selection was the perfect match for the festival vibe last year and we look forward to welcoming them back, playing from 3pm.
We look forward to seeing you there for a half or two. Cheers.
